Well....
It was bound to happen sooner or later....
What am I talking about? Well, I'm talking about my little girl growing up. Right before my very eyes no less. Each day, Emma has been standing up, and taking a step or two...and then sitting down. Almost as if she was happy with her progress that day, she wouldn't do it again until the next day.
I was home today from work, after working all weekend. I was lying on the living room floor, and watching Em play. While she was playing, something just looked different. She just looked....ready. I even said to Connie, "I think she's just going to start going."
Not more than a minute after I had said that, she stood up, and began waddling herself across the kitchen floor. One, two, three, four, past her fifth, and on up into double digits. She didn't stop there...she was after something...A little ball.
When she got there, she didn't bend over and pick it up either. She kicked it. "She's gonna be a soccer player...she Iiiiisss" - (said like Billy Madison)
She repeated this process a few times, making her parents VERY proud of her. Enough so that I'm here putting it on YouTube and BlogSpot. :)
Anyway, for those of you who've been wanting video of the little one, here she is.

Sweet. Now you all can come to Brasil and visit us and she can train with some of the most amazing players ;) heehhehehe Cant believe shes walking. Love all these fotos and videos. Wish I could see my nieces n nephew day to day like this :/ Missing you all sooooo much. So bummed we are gonna TOTALLY miss eachother when I come home and go to Miami....CRAZY. Hope maybe some way we can meet up!! :) Love you guys.
